Membership Benefits

Our plans for 2023 include a mix of online and in person meetings.  The in person meetings will be live streamed on Zoom.  In online meetings everyone has a front row seat through Zoom and we have many new members who live outside of the Denver area.  We've scheduled several in person meetings, workshops and special events this year in addition to the Festival of Quilts show in June.

 Please join us in 2023!

Monthly Guild Meetings

Members attend free each month as we gather for fun, friendship and creativity. Programs feature national and local speakers who inspire and educate us. Twice a year or so, we celebrate with potlucks.

Workshops

Many of our speakers also teach workshops in a variety of styles, skills and techniques. Members may access advance registration at discounted rates before non-members can register.

Workshops are scheduled mostly for Saturdays to allow our working members to participate.

Online Community

We have a private Facebook group for ACQ members.  Ask questions, provide tips, post photos of your quilts, sell or swap quilty items, and share other quilt-related news. Must have a Facebook account. Members: request access.

Quilt Library

ACQ has a library of over 300 books available for members to check out at guild meetings. Titles that we own are listed in the Members-only section of this site.

Special Activities

These vary from year to year, but in 2023 we have a UFO challenge, a Virtual Quilt Retreat, and we continue our twice monthly online Friday night Sewcial! Got ideas? We'd love to hear them

Quilt Show Every Two Years

ACQ hosts the Festival of Quilts every other year. The next quilt show will be held June 9 & 10, 2023.

New Member Tea

Hosted in the Spring, the tea provides an opportunity to meet other new members and ACQ leadership.

Monthly Newsletter

ACQ Views keeps members informed about guild meetings, workshops, activities and special events.  As a member, you'll receive it in your email once a month.

Show and Tell

A highlight of our monthly meetings is show and tell when Members (and guests) display their quilts—inspiration galore!
