Here are some resources to publicize our quilt show to friends, family, and neighbors. Surveys at previous quilt shows clearly indicate that word of mouth, facebook, and fliers in stores were the most effective ways to get folks to the show. Please consider sharing quilt show information on Facebook, NextDoor, and/or hanging a flier. (No need to go to quilting stores, the committee will make sure those places get fliers).

Post on social media whenever you want, but please try to post again on the weekend of June 3-4, and early that week leading up to the quilt show. Feel free to modify the language of your post to personalize it- just be sure to include the dates & times, the cost of a ticket, and the address.

Social Media Blurb

Come check out the stunning artwork and craftsmanship of the Arapahoe County Quilt Guild at the 2023 Quilt Show! Quilters from across the state (and beyond!) have submitted their best work for display and judging; everything from modern designs to traditional patterns, small wall hangings to large king-sized bed quilts. There will also be other crafty vendors to browse, and the opportunity to vote for your favorite quilt. See you there!

Next Door Post

Please post the text and the graphic. To create a post, cut and paste the blurb (or type your own!) into the “what’s on your mind, neighbor?” section. You can tag First Plymouth as the location if you wish. Click “add a photo”, and upload the quilt show graphic [below]. Pull down the menu that says “anyone” and change it to “nearby neighborhoods”. Then post!
