Quilt Show Entry Form and Rules
Enter a quilt for judging or to be displayed at our biennial quilt show. Entry fees are $15.00/quilt and due by the April ACQ meeting, April 8, 2010 ($10.00 if returned by March ACQ meeting). Click here to download the entry form and rules.

Quilt Show DVD Order Form
New this year! Order a CD containing images of all of the quilts on display at the Festival of Quilts, June 10-12, 2010. Only available as a pre-paid order. All CDs will be mailed to you after the quilt show. Please return your order form to Quilt Show volunteers at guild meetings or mail to Trudy Sanders, 303-741-5380. Quilt Show Boutique

The craft boutique is unique part of our quilt show and is open to all members of ACQ. This is the time to show off your handcrafted items.

• All items must be handcrafted by a member of ACQ. No commercial or manufactured items.
  
• There is a registration fee of $20.00, and a 15% commission will be taken on all goods sold. Tax will be collected and paid to the state of Colorado by ACQ.
  
• Fee and registration forms are due by May 31, 2010.
  
• All vendors are required to work 1 shift, and to help take down and pack up the boutique.
